Terms & Policies

All sessions are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1.      All sessions are paid in advance.

2.      No refunds are available.

3.      Sessions cannot be cancelled for any reason in the packages Re-Active Vida and Pro-Active Vida.

4.      Client: Late cancellations, made less than twenty-four hours before a session begins are charged.

5.      Trainer: Failing to turn up for a session will give one session at no cost to the client.

6.      All information given to us will remain confidential.
